The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) is FREE for Port Harcourt Customers Only. It takes between 5-7 working days to deliver outside Port Harcourt which attracts a token delivery fee of ₦2,800 only. Unless otherwise stated you should receive your product within 2-3 working days once dispatched (Port Harcourt Only), however, please see our main Terms & Conditions for our full terms of delivery. Cities outside of Port Harcourt Metropolis (outskirts) and other cities across the country may take up to 7 working days for delivery.

If we become aware we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The following locations in Lagos are also categorised as Other Cities and as such, have longer delivery timelines: Badagry, Epe, Igando, Ikorodu, Agbado, Ijanikin, Iyana Iba, Iyana Ishashi, Ojokoro, Okokomaiko, Seme, Topo, Sheda, Kuje, Kwali, GidanMangoro, Idu, Karmo, Karshi, Gwagwa, Abaji, Abuja-Kuje, Abuja-Kwali, Sango Ota, Ota Town, Agbara Industrial Estate, Itele, Alagbado, Itele (Ota), Itele (Ijebu)

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Call Center to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as received before filing a claim.
